Our apartments come fully furnished with all the essentials, including kitchen supplies, bath towels, bed linen and weekly cleaning.

What are the lease options available?

We offer flexible monthly lease options which allow for you to stay one month to one year. 

What's included in the monthly lease?

The CrashPatty lease includes utilities, high speed wifi internet, bathroom towels/washcloths and bed linen.

Do you have to pay a security deposit?

Yes. You are required to pay a security deposit which is the equivalent to one month's rent.

Crashpatty is definitely a place you want to stay. It is extremely clean and quiet. Everything is nearby in walking distance and convenient to public transportation if you don't have a vehicle! I highly recommend!

Crashpatty is a great place to stay. Grocery stores and restaurants are a walkable distance and the buses that takes you directly to Newark airport and New York City stops right in front of the house! The owner is also very sweet, and she is there to help if you need anything.
