CRASHPATTY was founded by a seasoned flight attendant with a desire to enhance the working lifestyle of traveling professionals seeking alternative housing.  Earlier in her career while commuting to work from Houston to Newark, it became apparent that booking hotels in between work trips was not sustainable.  A flight attendant's first year salary made it difficult to lease a second apartment.

     So, she decided to stay in what the airline industry termed a "crashpad".  This type of flexible rental allowed her to maintain her home in Texas while "crashing" in a space near the airport.  CRASHPATTY offers a unique rental service that's flexible, comfortable, and affordable. It gives traveling professionals the convenience of being located near everyday necessities while being close to work.  We welcome airline employees, along with traveling medical professionals.  Inspired by personal experience, we are happy to offer the ultimate home "away" from home!
